By applying it to resin molding molds, the release effect is improved, achieving a longer lifespan!
Improvement of release characteristics and enhancement of effectiveness continuity! The lifespan of molds is extended, and mold maintenance costs are reduced.
We would like to introduce examples of applications for "Tofumak," which contributes to reducing maintenance costs, extending the lifespan of parts, and improving production efficiency. By applying it to mold components for resin molding, release properties are improved, and the release effect lasts longer than those treated with conventional release agents. With the improvement in release properties and the enhancement of effect continuity, the lifespan of molds is extended, and maintenance costs are reduced. 【Features】 ■ Improvement of release properties by applying Tofumak to mold components ■ Release effect lasts longer than just applying release agents ■ Reduction of mold maintenance costs ■ Extension of mold lifespan *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
