The DN-AE03 is a standalone spectral sensitivity characteristic (IPCE) measurement device designed for solar cell applications with an active area of 1 cm² or less. It performs IPCE measurements under short-circuit conditions using low-intensity monochromatic light in a DC method. The spectral range is from 350 nm to 1100 nm. DN-CP01 Carbon Paste (Flexible Perovskite Solar Cells Using DN-CP01) DN-CP01 low-temperature carbon paste has been developed for deposition on the perovskite layer of n-i-p device structures. DN-CP01 low-temperature carbon paste is also used for efficient back contact in p-i-n device structures (ACS Appl. Energy Mater., 2020, DOI: 10.1021/acsaem.0c00702). DN-CP01 carbon paste paves the way for new processing methods and concepts for perovskite solar cells. The cured carbon layer can be bent, making it suitable for flexible substrates. DN-CP01 carbon paste is primarily applied using a doctor blade but is also suitable for screen printing.
