Step 3 The results of the digitization can be checked alongside images of the original invoices. This not only saves the effort of manual data entry but also prevents oversights that can occur when switching back and forth between paper and computer, thus streamlining the cumbersome checking process. Step 4 The verified data is linked to the bank for payment transfer data (in Zengin format) and connected to your accounting software or ERP for journal entry data, automating the accounting processes for payments and entries.
