- Having a powder coating line in-house allows for a one-stop process from sheet metal processing to painting treatment. - For pre-treatment, a non-chlorine alkaline solution is used, ensuring environmentally friendly degreasing. - After degreasing, zirconium conversion treatment is performed. - No primer is applied; the basic process consists of one bake and one coat. - The powder coating uses materials that consider the environment, making it suitable for RoHS regulations. *Zirconium conversion treatment is a type of chemical treatment performed as a pre-treatment for metal coating, which prevents corrosion of the metal substrate by covering the surface with a zirconium film and enhances the adhesion of the coating.*
