This is a method of cutting by using a special horn on an ultrasonic welding machine, attaching a commercially available cutter blade to the lower blade, and passing mask ear straps in between. It is cost-effective in terms of running costs and easy to set up, making it convenient depending on the application.

Attach a cutter horn to the tip of the ultrasonic welding machine, set the guillotine-type replacement blade L3, which is an optional setting for the ultrasonic cutter, and perform continuous cutting. The cleanliness of the cross-section stands out.

Since it is difficult to cut with a regular cut, a jig with a 0.7mm slit is prepared, and a 0.5mm cutter blade is passed through it for cutting. The tension of the string material is the key point.
