Customization of the WMS has been implemented! It can also respond to vacancies and fluctuations in volume.
At Company K, which plans and manufactures original products such as miscellaneous goods and engages in wholesale and retail, the number of stores has increased rapidly, leading to a significant rise in business volume and a corresponding increase in shipping volume. This resulted in occurrences of incorrect shipments and a backlog of issues related to invoices that could not be addressed. At that time, the company had fixed personnel, but there was a desire to convert costs to variable expenses in line with the volume of goods. Therefore, a proposal was made to convert logistics costs into variable expenses. Additionally, the ERP system was changed to integrate with the Sanko system, and warehouse operations were managed using our system. As a result, anyone can intuitively perform tasks, allowing for effective responses to staff shortages and fluctuations in volume.
