"Elzinc" is a roofing material made of a copper-titanium alloy sheet composed of over 99.5% zinc. Its corrosion resistance is enhanced by a protective film formed under natural conditions, and a chemical treatment is applied to the surface of the zinc alloy sheet to create a chemical film through zinc compound crystallization. Furthermore, if the chemical film covering the surface is scratched, moisture, oxygen, and carbon dioxide that enter the crystalline voids will create a repair film, similar to the natural protective film, so in principle, no repairs are necessary.
