Avalue Technology Inc. will add 10-inch wide and 15-inch wide models of the ARC series, which features highly scalable touch panel PCs with a modular structure. The wide LCD series retains the advantages of the ARC series, such as shock resistance, waterproofing, and a wide operating temperature range, while enabling continuous interaction in public network access environments, making it suitable for applications such as information terminals, outdoor digital signage, kiosks, and light industrial use. It is equipped with a flat-type capacitive touch screen and an easy-to-install open frame module design, and the CPU is powered by the Intel Apollo Lake processor, with a model featuring the 6th generation Intel Core i5-6300U processor available for the 15-inch model. The front complies with IP65 and the back with IP45, allowing for use in dusty and humid environments without issues. Additionally, to prevent system damage from unstable power, it supports a wide voltage input range of DC 12-26V, and has passed MIL-STD-810 vibration, shock, and drop tests, ensuring normal operation even in harsh environments such as industrial automation systems.
