It has received high praise for its ability to recognize transparent and reflective objects (such as EC packages) and amorphous items (like fried chicken), which were challenging for traditional 3D cameras. Additionally, it has incorporated a system that automatically generates robot actions. Since 2018, OSARO has had a base in Marunouchi, Tokyo, to support its Japanese customers.
