"Sulfuric anodizing" is a coating obtained by anodizing in a sulfuric acid solution. It has high corrosion resistance, passing a standard 10μm salt spray test for 336 hours, and the resulting coating has good transparency, allowing the aluminum metal surface to be utilized as is. In process management tests, a coating mass that meets the MIL-A-8625 standard value of over 1000mg/ft² has been achieved, maintaining good coating density across various materials.
