Here is a case study of line improvement using unmanned transport vehicles. We received improvement requests such as "We want to make the parts area more compact," "We want to reduce the labor for workers," and "We want to ensure stable parts supply." After the improvements, we achieved a compact parts area. By implementing automatic transport with AGVs, we enabled 24-hour continuous operation through fully automatic charging, resulting in increased productivity.
