We would like to introduce a renovation case of a food service elevator that had broken down and was no longer operational at a restaurant. The entire elevator was removed and renovated to transport food and drinks from the kitchen on the first floor to the tables on the second floor. The existing old small freight elevator was removed, and a new small freight elevator with an enclosure around the lift was installed. Since it is an integrated design with the hoistway (exterior), it allowed for cost savings as no hoistway construction was needed on the customer side. Additionally, it is equipped with a handset-type intercom, allowing communication of customer orders from the table to another floor (kitchen).
