Applications/Examples of results
First, please make sure to carry out the following four points thoroughly: 1. Always take backups during normal operation. 2. Store the ladder diagrams together with the hard copies of the drawings. 3. Create and store flowcharts of the equipment's operations and work procedures. 4. Replace the battery when a low battery warning appears. These tasks do not incur significant costs. However, without these, both the construction period and costs can multiply many times over!! Furthermore, during the recovery period, the equipment must be stopped, so considering the negative impact of that, it becomes clear how important predictive maintenance is and how it can lead to cost reductions later on.
