GEOTETS method for soil retention work in agricultural ponds and river embankments.
NETIS-PLUS AC-190008-P
Temporary construction methods for river and reservoir embankments that do not create water channels! They are also used for the extraction of existing piles and soil contamination measures!
The "GEOTETS method" is a construction technique that allows for the safe removal of materials without significantly impacting the surrounding ground by simultaneously filling the voids left by continuous extraction with a specially developed filler material designed for this method. This technique can highly suppress ground displacement in sandy (gravelly) and soft ground conditions. In recent years, due to the frequent occurrence of major disasters caused by concentrated heavy rainfall, it has gained attention from river management authorities as a method that does not create water channels in temporary construction for river and pond embankments. In the field of soil contamination remediation, its implementation record is increasing as one method to block the movement of contaminants. Even in cases where large volumes of filling are required, such as with steel pipe piles, it has become possible to fill quickly and in large quantities simultaneously. 【Features】 - Construction underwater is possible. - Construction is possible in narrow spaces. - Construction can be done on both small and large scales. - The filling amount can be controlled according to the amount of adhering soil. 【Disaster Recovery Response and Emergency Temporary Measures】 - Steel sheet piles and H-piles can be reused, providing a proven method to alleviate material shortages in temporary construction during large-scale disasters. - It is cheaper than leaving materials in place (we have set a low price!).

【Construction Achievements】 ■ We have accumulated over 300 achievements. 1. Applicable Conditions All cases can be addressed if extraction is possible with steel sheet piles or H-piles used as retaining piles or temporary bridges. Steel pipe sheet piles and precast piles can also be applied after individual cases are examined during extraction. 2. Scope of Application (Conditions where it is particularly effective) 1) There is a particularly high demand for steel sheet pile retaining walls in water supply and drainage construction in densely populated residential areas, road construction for building temporary platforms or retaining walls for bridge abutments and piers under river levees, and sluice gate construction requiring double closure retaining walls for river levees and pond levees. 2) When constructing bridge piers or waterways on main roads, retaining walls are often necessary, and it is essential to ensure safety for vehicles and pedestrians on the road and to prevent impacts on important buried objects beneath the road surface, making the application of this method effective. 3) This method is widely applicable in retaining wall construction and temporary bridge construction in proximity work and general levee work. 4) In recent years, soil contamination countermeasures, including those from natural sources, have been implemented, and there has been an increase in the adoption of this method, which has a shielding wall function, to prevent the movement of contaminants from adjacent areas after the removal and purification of contaminants.
