Achieving labor-saving for operators and increasing processing capacity! Building a new waste collection and recycling system!
We would like to introduce a case study of Koyo Service Co., Ltd., which has adopted our "Waste Plastic Sorting and Recycling Equipment." The company recognized that improving the working environment for employees and automating and streamlining sorting operations were urgent measures for the survival and prosperity of the business, especially in response to the anticipated labor shortages in the future. To address this, they implemented our three-type sorting system using roll screens (2D items/3D items/residuals) and the HCDA air sorting device for density-based sorting (lightweight items/heavy items). As a result of introducing this sorting line, they were able to significantly increase processing capacity while reducing the number of sorting personnel, contributing to recycling efforts.
