Hydraulic unit that can be used in conjunction with the Dynatec clamp/Dai-Lifter. It is a compact unit that houses the pump, valve, and pressure switch.
■DynaTech Hydraulic Unit MX■ This unit easily generates hydraulic pressure using factory air. ■Hydraulic Pump Easily set hydraulic pressure by adjusting the set air pressure. It is suitable for applications that require maintaining a constant hydraulic pressure. - When the set pressure is reached, the pump automatically stops, resulting in zero air consumption. - If a slight leak occurs due to pipe deterioration, the pump restarts and raises the hydraulic pressure to the set level. ■Valve: Safety of the System with Stable Hydraulic Pressure Utilizing a non-leak valve, hydraulic pressure is maintained even if the air or power supply is interrupted, ensuring safety for the clamping system. ■Pressure Switch: For Interlock In the event of a pressure anomaly, the pressure switch detects it and can be used for interlock to immediately stop equipment such as presses. ■Five Types Available for Different Applications Please refer to the basic information. ■Proven Reliability - A DynaTech product with over 30 years of proven performance since its release. - Many customers have been using it for a long time by purchasing only the necessary replacement parts (the lifespan of the equipment varies depending on usage methods and frequency).
