A must-see for those struggling with logistics warehouses! There is always a reason for "why we do it this way."
We would like to introduce the "Warehouse Tour" conducted by Sankyo Co., Ltd. There are many improvements that can be made in logistics warehouses with a little ingenuity. For example, "reducing the number of characters on the picking list to stop mis-shipments." When considering improvement proposals, the logistics site begins by identifying issues. The causes of the identified problems are varied, and during the process of improving them, there were many ideas that could not be utilized. "How about making the aisle width 60 cm...?" "How about using larger labels...?" The carefully selected improvement proposals are scattered throughout Sankyo's warehouse. There is always a reason behind each improvement proposal in logistics.
