2-component acrylic injection system CERINOL TAP-FLEX method Tapflex The TAP-FLEX method is a waterproofing injection technique for leak points in concrete structures that excels in long-term durability. The Ex-Flex injection liquid used in the TAP-FLEX method is a 2-component methacrylate waterproofing material developed with a focus on safety and durability. The TAP-FLEX method contributes to the longevity of concrete structures and the maintenance of asset value by preventing water ingress into the structure, thereby preventing the deterioration of concrete and reinforcing bars. In underground spaces, structures are constantly in contact with water. Additionally, the water that seeps in is subjected to constant water pressure, creating an environment different from that above ground. The TAP-FLEX method has the following features to efficiently and reliably waterproof against infiltrating water in underground spaces, allowing for long-term effective use of these areas: 1. Can be installed in thick-walled areas in a short time and ensures reliable waterproofing. 2. Waterproofing is possible under pressure conditions. 3. The construction method leaves minimal visible traces of waterproofing. 4. Excellent long-term durability in areas where movement is anticipated. 5. Complies with drinking water standards, passing the leaching test under Ministry of Health Ordinance No. 15.

System Features - Only small diameter holes of approximately 10.5 to 13 mm are drilled into the leak area using a hammer drill or similar tool, so there is no significant damage to the structure. - By continuously injecting the Ex-Flex injection liquid at high pressure against the pressurized water, the leakage is pushed out, and the entire infiltration path is replaced and filled with the injection liquid. - A dedicated injection tool designed for high-pressure injection, considering construction safety, is used. The TAP Grout 2K Inject Unit is a specialized injection system that mixes, discharges, and cures the Ex-Flex injection liquid, which consists of two components, at the tip of the injection gun. - It is air-driven and can inject a two-component mixed injection liquid at medium to high pressure. - The two components are mixed at the tip of the injection gun, allowing for the adjustment of curing time during injection. - It can inject a large volume of Ex-Flex injection liquid at medium to high pressures of up to 20 MPa, even for leaks with high water volume or in underground areas under pressure, resulting in a high water-stopping effect. - Equipped with a dedicated cleaning pump, it allows for cleaning the material pathway during construction, reducing system troubles. - Designed specifically for high-pressure injection, it enables safe operation. - The injection tool is made of stainless steel to minimize the effects of rust.
