- The goal is to detect defects in the anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties of the coating and lining films without damaging the films. - Avoiding high frequencies that are prone to thermal destruction, measurements are conducted at low frequencies. - By reducing power consumption and enabling battery operation, miniaturization and portability are achieved. - Considering the degradation of the coating, a high-voltage pulse method is adopted to relatively reduce the application time of high voltage. - To avoid impacts on the human body and damage to the coating, the discharge current is suppressed. - The structure allows for confirmation of the voltage applied to the coating and voltage adjustment.
