It works in conjunction with various PLCs that control production equipment and the remote monitoring and control system "CORSOS® CSDJ-A," which monitors and reports the operational status and abnormalities of equipment. It graphically visualizes the operational status and production information from the output data, allowing for aggregation and output. The system has been packaged by incorporating NEC's know-how cultivated through factory improvement activities to meet on-site needs such as data integration, connection with existing systems, and edge gateways for IoT construction. It features excellent environmental resistance, stable operation 24 hours a day, and long-term stable supply, with integrated monitoring applications pre-installed on fanless computers. This system allows for real-time monitoring of equipment operational status and production information in the manufacturing industry, contributing to on-site improvements that can be implemented at low cost and with ease.
