Patent obtained! A recycling technology that allows dredging work to be carried out without draining the pond!
The "Sediment Resource Utilization System" uses a special stirring pump to draw up sediment water, separating it into water and sediment. The water is returned to ponds and rivers, while the sediment is dehydrated and reused as soil. Since partial dredging can be performed with the special pump, it is possible to preserve the ecosystem. Additionally, the dehydrated soil is rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, promoting plant growth more effectively than commercially available black soil. 【Features】 ■ Partial dredging is possible with a special pump, allowing for ecosystem preservation ■ The water in the pond is maintained ■ Resource utilization of sand and mud is possible ■ Low cost *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Flow】 1. Pump the bottom sludge water from the special stirring pump. 2. When passing through the cyclone, sand is removed by centrifugal force. 3. Remove garbage (such as vinyl and plastic) using a screen. 4. In the stirring and coagulation tank, stir the coagulant (which causes the particles causing turbidity in the water to settle) to separate water from the bottom sludge. 5. By allowing it to stand in the concentration tank, further separation occurs; the supernatant water is returned to the pond, and the thick bottom sludge is sent to the dewatering machine. 6. Dewater the concentrated bottom sludge. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
