The production information visualization aggregation system integrates with the remote monitoring and control system "CORSOS CSDJ(R)" that monitors and reports the operating status and abnormalities of equipment, as well as various PLCs that control production equipment. It graphically visualizes the operating conditions and production information of the equipment from the output data, allowing for aggregation and output. The needs of the field, such as data integration, connection with existing systems, and edge gateways for IoT construction, have been packaged by incorporating the know-how cultivated through NEC's factory improvement activities. A fanless computer with excellent environmental resistance, capable of stable operation 24 hours a day and long-term stable supply, comes pre-installed with integrated monitoring applications. This system allows for real-time monitoring of equipment operating conditions and production information in the manufacturing industry, contributing to on-site improvements while being easy to implement at a low cost.

Various sensor information obtained via up to 16 Corsos or PLCs connected through a network (LAN) is aggregated and integrated in a unified monitoring application, displayed graphically. This allows for a quick understanding of the operational status and production information of multiple facilities at a glance, and enables remote monitoring, leading to efficient operations. Starting small with a single piece of equipment allows for gradual expansion. For example, beginning with monitoring the operational status of one piece of equipment as a small start, it is possible to gradually build and expand a factory-wide operational monitoring system by adding functions, expanding the monitoring range, and customizing (for a fee) afterward.
