We received a request to change from wooden pallets to paper pallets. Shipping wooden pallets overseas requires fumigation treatment to prevent the invasion of non-native species, and there is also a drying process to reduce moisture, making them unavailable for immediate use. Additionally, there is a risk of mold growth, and the cost of inventory management in the factory's storage space can lead to various issues that may result in complaints. Our company manufactures and sells paper pallets called "Eco Board Pallets" and paper packaging materials. The Eco Board Pallet is an environmentally friendly new pallet that serves as an alternative to wooden and plastic pallets. Despite being made of paper, it achieves remarkable strength through a special structure, allowing for the loading and stacking of heavy items that are difficult with conventional cardboard pallets. It also eliminates the need for fumigation treatment required for overseas transport with wooden pallets. It can withstand high-temperature and high-humidity environments, making it suitable for container transport. Custom designs are possible, allowing us to propose pallets in optimal sizes, contributing to improved transport efficiency. Disposal is easy, and it is 100% recyclable as waste paper. We aim to assist with initiatives related to the "SDGs," promote "white logistics" through palletization, and help solve the "2024 logistics problem" through Eco Board Pallets.
