Civil engineering model creation service specialized in explanations for non-experts [3D printing]
3D terrain data into 3D models! Full-color 3D printing service. We also accept custom production requests.
Our company uses 3D terrain data obtained from drones and other sources to create "3D models (full color)" with a 3D printer. For local explanations. For the transfer of technology to young engineers. For technical proposals overseas. In addition to being able to attach aerial photographs to the model's terrain, we strive to reduce weight by making the base of the terrain hollow. We also offer commissioned services for creating 3D data. Please feel free to consult with us. 【Features】 ■ Full color ■ Aerial photographs can be attached to the terrain ■ The base of the terrain is hollowed out for weight reduction ■ Scales and logos can also be attached (optional) ■ Commissioned service for creating 3D data *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our main product is consulting engineers. Their characteristic is that, based on the fundamentals of natural sciences (geology and geotechnical engineering), engineers who are licensed professionals directly collect information through field surveys, allowing for a high-level understanding of the natural conditions that "no two locations have the same ground or topographical conditions." This enables the appropriate extraction of important items that need to be evaluated on-site, leading to rational problem-solving. Unlike standardized ground modeling and analysis methods based on guidelines and manuals, we uncover core issues and phenomena not covered by standard methods, allowing us to propose highly effective countermeasures while also enabling the development of new analysis methods and construction techniques. For example, three-dimensional stability analysis considering peripheral strength (Ota-Hayashi method), seismic analysis of fill embankments in valleys (Ota-Enokida model), and slope stability countermeasures effectively utilizing the strength within soil masses (disruption method) have emerged from this background. Additionally, we make maximum use of IT, streamlining and reducing costs by procuring useful software from overseas or developing it in-house.
