Achieving excellent transport capacity even in narrow passages with a compact low-floor design! With a wide range of transport units, various items can be automatically transported.
Sharp's automatic guided vehicle (AGV) contributes to labor savings and productivity improvement by transporting products and goods unmanned in factories and warehouses. TYPE A features a compact, low-profile design that can be used in narrow aisles. Despite its small size, it achieves excellent transport capacity. It runs along magnetic tape, allowing for fast and accurate movement. It can also corner smoothly while towing goods. Equipped with posture control technology, it can be utilized in situations that require maneuverability. Additionally, you can choose optional units to suit your specific applications, such as "transporting plastic containers, automatic handover with conveyor installation, towing hand trucks, and pulling carts." ○ Customization is possible according to customer requests, including dedicated units and specification changes. ○ By separately introducing the dispatch software "Central Control System (AOS)," simultaneous control of up to 20 AGVs (up to 100 with customization) and integration with customer systems can be achieved, enabling efficient dispatching. *Note: Depending on the height and dimensions of the items being transported, some may not be suitable for towing transport.
