At Naito Environmental Management, we conduct preliminary surveys for asbestos (asbestosis), as well as analyses of building materials and air quality. For buildings constructed before September 2006, we perform preliminary surveys for demolition and renovation projects to determine whether asbestos has been used. The preliminary survey includes document investigations based on design documents and on-site visual inspections. Based on these findings, if there are building materials for which the presence of asbestos is unclear, we will conduct analyses.
