"EX-DRY" is a high-performance desiccant (moisture absorber) that serves as an alternative to inorganic adsorbent desiccants such as silica gel. Due to its high moisture absorption capacity, it solves humidity-related issues such as rust, mold, and condensation across various industries. ◆ Examples of adoption in the logistics industry ◆ □ Purpose: Prevent condensation in paper bags when importing raw materials from overseas and prevent tearing during de-vanning. □ Concern: When importing food raw materials packed in paper bags from Southeast Asia in a fully loaded container, condensation occurs inside the container, causing the paper bags to become wet and reducing their abrasion resistance. As a result, when the bags rub against each other during de-vanning, tearing occurs, leading to a rejected lot. □ Solution: Treat the entire container as a single package and perform dehumidification throughout. Suspend EX-DRY throughout the container to create an environment where condensation does not occur. □ Result: By attending the de-vanning operation in Japan and repeatedly discussing efficient usage with the user while confirming the moisture absorption status of EX-DRY, condensation occurrences were eliminated, tearing was significantly reduced, and an appropriate amount of desiccant usage could be determined. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
