Realizing safety and security measures during the event and customer hospitality through the use of ICT!
We would like to introduce a case study of the ICT services implemented at Kosugi Country Club. In hosting the 51st Japan Women's Professional Golf Championship Konica Minolta Cup, we faced challenges in ensuring a safe and secure tournament operation and providing hospitality to the spectators. We proposed the enhancement of surveillance through the IP network camera system "MOBOTIX" and the use of the LINE account "LINE@" for communication and information dissemination aimed at companies and businesses. These two ICT services enabled us to achieve a safe tournament operation with a focus on hospitality, and they also contributed to improved security measures and detailed information provision after the tournament.
