A detailed explanation using diagrams about free spaces and dashpot elements!
This technical document introduces the ISCEF viscous boundary. A viscous boundary is a boundary condition that absorbs energy from reflected waves at the boundary surface of the analytical model, such as from structures. Generally, in ground models, a viscous boundary is set at the bottom surface with the foundation and a viscous boundary is set laterally with the free ground. In ISCEF, by setting the viscous boundary at the interface, subsequent settings will be performed automatically as described later. [Contents] ■1. Normal viscous boundary (viscous boundary using dashpot elements) ■2. Viscous boundary based on the principle of virtual work *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Since its establishment, Centuri Techno has responded to various needs of its customers. Among these, contract-based structural analysis is at the core of our business. Utilizing our proprietary software "ISCEF," we quickly address a wide range of issues, from simple problems to advanced analyses, based on our extensive experience. By maximizing the advantages of our in-house developed software, we can provide detailed services that are well-informed about the characteristics and content of the programs. We have a wealth of experience in static and dynamic stress analysis of various structures and ground, as well as in seepage flow analysis and temperature history analysis, and our skilled engineers quickly and accurately understand our customers' requests to deliver satisfactory results. Additionally, we have numerous achievements in analyses using large general-purpose application programs (such as ABAQUS and NASTRAN), allowing us to flexibly respond to various customer issues.
