I have compiled the questions regarding the tire mark prevention cover!
【Q】Can it be used for purposes other than forklifts? 【A】Please consult with us first. We have previously installed it on light trucks for cargo delivery. Other possible applications include aerial work platforms, small towing vehicles (commonly used in factories), and hand trucks. 【Q】How long can it be used? 【A】Approximately 2 to 3 months. (This may vary depending on the surface conditions and frequency of use.) 【Q】Can it be used outdoors? 【A】It is designed for indoor use, but it can also be used outdoors. However, depending on the surface conditions, the durability of the cover may be reduced. Additionally, if it gets wet, the cover may easily peel off from the tires, so please be cautious. 【Q】What is the price? 【A】Since it is custom-made, this is just a rough estimate, but it costs about 30,000 yen for one 2.5-ton forklift (equivalent to four tires). 【Q】What is the order process? 【A】Estimate ⇒ Order ⇒ Delivery in about one week after order confirmation (for four tires). If you need it urgently, please consult us during the estimate. We will do our best to accommodate you. To request an estimate, please click the blue text below!

basic information
【Installation Method】 1. Wipe off any dirt from the tires thoroughly. 2. While moving forward, attach the tire mark prevention cover to the front tire with double-sided tape, and while moving backward, attach it to the rear tire. 3. Repeat moving forward and backward to ensure the cover fits well with the tire. 【Ordering Method】 1. Measure the 'tread area*' and 'diameter (outer diameter)' of the tire, and contact us with the 'required quantity.' * Tread area = the part that comes into contact with the floor during operation. Please refer to the image at the top of this page, "Please measure the following two locations." * If the tire sizes differ between the front and rear wheels, please measure all tires. 2. We will provide you with a quote and delivery time. 【Notes】 ● Please use it on a flat indoor floor (we do not recommend using it on uneven surfaces or areas that may get wet). ● Depending on the surface environment, the power may slightly decrease when the cover is attached. ● In rare cases, the floor may get scratched depending on the material of the floor. ● Please refrain from using it on slopes after attaching the cover. ● If you notice wear on the cover or peeling of the double-sided tape, it is time for replacement.
