PE pipe compatible Excel software partition valve

A soft-seal partition valve that can be piped with EF joints, using boltless connection of polyethylene pipes for water supply. Available with both sleeve insertion ports and EF single receiving ports.

The soft-seal shut-off valve, which can be connected using EF joints, is designed for water distribution and features excellent seismic resistance. It is made of polyethylene pipes with nominal diameters of 50 to 150 mm according to JWWA K 144 standards, and for a nominal diameter of 200 mm, it meets PTC K 03 standards. The main body of the shut-off valve is based on the Excel soft shut-off valve that complies with JWWA B 120. 【Features】 - The polyethylene pipe and soft-seal shut-off valve are securely joined using a stainless steel sleeve. It possesses strength that can withstand a detachment force exceeding the breaking strength of the polyethylene pipe. * Performance tests, including the joint section, have been conducted and passed under the supervision of the Japan Water Works Association. - Only EF joints, which have a wealth of proven results and reliability, are used for pipe connections. - The threaded connection is firmly press-fitted into the valve body, ensuring stable opening and closing operations without putting pressure on the rubber lining of the valve body. - The rubber valve seat uses chlorine-resistant EPDM, enhancing durability against chlorine.
