GNSS Correction Information Distribution Service RINQ (Link)
RINQ / RTCM Internet Neo Query (link)
Centimeter-level accuracy achieved with a private cloud-based relative positioning method for HDT280: Single-frequency GNSS correction information distribution service.
RINQ (RTCM Internet Neo Query) is a GNSS correction information delivery service for our product HDT280. The HDT280 can be used as a delivery station for GNSS correction information, allowing the mobile station HDT280 to achieve high-precision single-frequency RTK positioning using the correction information. 【Features】 - Easy installation of base stations and mobile stations. Both the base station and mobile station have a simple configuration consisting only of the HDT280 and GNSS antenna. - Utilizes the built-in 3G/LTE communication of the HDT280, eliminating the need for additional radio equipment. There is no need to worry about radio interference. - Up to 999 mobile station HDT280 units can be positioned with a single base station HDT280. - The mobile station HDT280 can use up to 2 GNSS (GPS+GLONASS or GPS+BeiDou). - The Akasaka Tech Cloud Service is used for sending and receiving correction information. - The positioning data for single-frequency RTK-GNSS is output as NMEA0183 and can be used with an Android app that operates within the HDT280. - NMEA sentences (GGA, GNS, GSA, GSV, RMC, VTG, ZDA) can be output at a maximum rate of 5Hz.

basic information
By utilizing correction information distribution, it becomes possible to operate vehicles and movable equipment with more accurate location information. With just one base station installed, it can distribute to many receiving units. This eliminates the need for multiple base stations, allowing for a reduction in capital investment compared to conventional methods. 【Differences from Conventional Network-based Positioning】 ■ By using RINQ, the bias between the reference point antenna and the mobile station antenna is canceled out. ■ Being a private cloud type, correction information from BeiDou can be utilized by switching the settings on the base station side. The number of available satellites for use in East Asia, Southeast Asia, and India will significantly increase in the future by using BeiDou satellites. * 12 satellites were launched within 2018. A formal announcement was made on March 6, 2017, regarding plans to launch 32 satellites by 2020. ■ The adoption of the HTTP protocol's REST API makes scaling out the cloud server simple and easy in response to an increase in mobile stations.

Applications/Examples of results
■Construction Site It is possible to deliver correction waves (correction information) via WEB from a single base station installed to multiple sites (within approximately 10 km) or to multiple mobile stations (HDT280) at the same site. ■Train Operations We accurately grasp the current position of operating trains. This enables quick safety checks through on-time management. ■Airport With automatic connection of boarding bridges, multiple base stations become unnecessary, reducing capital investment. On-time position management of work vehicles leads to increased safety and work efficiency.
