Nikken Rasukogyo is a specialized manufacturer of custom-made punching metal and expanded metal wire mesh. To achieve higher precision in mold surface roughness and extend the lifespan of molds with high-hardness materials, we have introduced advanced equipment for drilling. We have achieved high processing precision by removing warping and distortion from carbide molds, as well as through fine hole processing and finishing, enabling the production of high-performance molds that can withstand high-speed machining. Additionally, we have been able to shorten construction time and produce ultra-thin foil products with stable quality at low cost.
