Applications/Examples of results
■ It is utilized for the diagnosis of equipment and structures such as electrical equipment, factory equipment, and buildings. It is ideal for thermal evaluation in factories, plants, furnaces, and research and development sites. ■ It is optimal for the maintenance and management of plants. The world's first detachable camera head thermal imaging camera allows for various measurement styles with the freedom to "go inside," "look down," "crawl in," and "look up," enabling inspections even in hard-to-reach gaps and narrow spaces behind factory and facility equipment. It contributes to the preventive diagnosis of serious accidents in plants, which have been increasing in recent years, making it ideal for plant maintenance and management. It is compact and lightweight, comes with a neck strap for easy hanging around the neck, allowing both hands to be free when not taking pictures, thus ensuring the safety of the operator. Additionally, it significantly contributes to the introduction of condition-based maintenance (CBM), which allows for monitoring the operational state without regularly stopping equipment and performing maintenance when necessary. *This is a diagnostic method that has been implemented in U.S. nuclear power plants and is spreading worldwide.
