The insert shape can be designed freely! It achieves lightweight products and cost reduction!
The "J-TRIM INSERT" is an insert material for maintaining the shape of door trims through extrusion molding. It has gained popularity as a material for managing the overall length of various automotive trim materials and for preventing detachment after body assembly. The J-Trim Insert uses SPCC material (cold-rolled steel strip) with thicknesses of t=0.4mm and t=0.5mm, processed into various insert shapes through continuous pressing. The insert shapes are diverse, with rib processing applied to the bone parts of each type, achieving lightweight products and cost reduction while maintaining trim shape retention. Additionally, the insert shapes can be designed freely. 【Features】 ■ Suitable for managing the overall length of various trim materials and for preventing detachment after body assembly. ■ Processed into various insert shapes through continuous pressing. ■ The insert shapes are diverse, with rib processing applied to the bone parts of each type to maintain trim shape retention. ■ Achieves lightweight products and cost reduction. ■ Insert shapes can be designed freely. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
