Powerful deodorization of fish odor when making supplements using fish oil with ozone!

At Supplement Japan, there are plans to manufacture DHA and EPA soft capsules using tuna oil as a raw material, and measures are needed to address the "fishy" smell that arises when mixing fish oil in tanks. Therefore, we have introduced the "Ozone Cluster 1400." It is set to operate for 30 minutes and then rest for 300 minutes, and it runs continuously until the next morning when we come to work. When we arrive in the morning, the fishy smell in the area has almost disappeared. Additionally, we are using the ozone water generator "Ozone Buster." We generate ozone water and use it for cleaning industrial mesh (sieves).
