Gripex is used to pull materials from the chuck using coolant pressure or to transport finished workpieces. 【Functional Principle】 ■ Gripex operates with the coolant system of a lathe. The workpiece is clamped with the coolant ON and the jaws are released with the coolant OFF. 【Maximum Allowable Coolant Pressure】 Gripex Large 20bar Gripex Small 15bar Gripex Mini 7bar ■ The tool holder supplied with coolant liquid is mounted directly onto the VDI turret. ■ The valve (screw of the housing for release) can quickly open the jaws while the coolant system is operating.
