The non-destructive system "Automatic Ultrasonic Testing Device for Power Device Heat Sinks" is a device that performs internal inspection of large heat sinks for power devices through high-speed scanning. It retrieves heat sinks from a magazine placed in the work stocker and detects internal defects. After inspection, the workpieces are dried with warm air, printed, and then dispensed back into the magazine.
