Cardboard that makes folding work easier! It simplifies the packaging process for various products.
"Hybrid crease" refers to a new processing method that adds creases to conventional A-style cardboard, eliminating damage to boxes during external folding and making the work easier. It can be externally folded with about half the force. There are no molding defects caused by external folding. With this product, issues such as reduced compressive strength, crease splitting (in double-sided cases), box distortion, and overlapping flaps are also resolved. [Features] - The flaps have less rebound, making it easier to insert products (flap external folding retention) - The strength of the box remains unchanged - Prevents crease splitting - Boxes can be stacked neatly without distortion - No die cutting required *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
