Our company has been engaged in metal parts processing in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture for 62 years. We can perform lathe processing and cylindrical grinding on shaft items with a maximum processing diameter of 300mm and a length of 1000mm, and internal grinding can also be done depending on the size of the product. We mainly deal with precision products such as spindles for machine tools. Additionally, we own vertical grinding machines, allowing us to process products with a diameter of 400mm and a thickness of about 100mm. For rectangular items, we can perform machining, surface grinding, and three-dimensional measurement on products with a maximum processing size of 1000mm in width, 2000mm in length, and 800mm in height. Within a 15-minute drive from our company in the Nagaoka area, we can accommodate casting procurement, quenching, carburizing quenching, vacuum quenching, high-frequency quenching, blackening, electroless nickel plating, hard chrome plating, and laser treatment.
