This is a processing method that utilizes the property of plastic to deform when heat is applied, allowing it to be bent into a V shape or an R shape.

"Bending processing," as the name suggests, is a method of bending plastic into a V shape or an R shape. Considering the material, size, angle, and the size of the bend radius of the plastic, we decide whether to use jigs or molds. 【Main Machines and Features】 ■ Pipe Heater - Nichrome wire is placed inside a metal pipe to heat the linear section. - The heated section softens, allowing it to be bent into L shapes or U shapes. ■ Far Infrared Heater - Far infrared heaters are arranged above and below to heat the material. - Large R bends and bending of polycarbonate are easy. - Uniform heating results in less warping and distortion, producing a beautiful finish. ■ Electric Furnace - A method of heating the entire material and pressing it against a mold to create a shape. - Molds can be made of wood or resin, selected based on the product. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
