Case Study of Scale Watcher Implementation: Water Treatment Equipment - Small Cooling Tower Edition
Scale removal for freeze prevention heaters! Introducing case studies on the effects of implementing industrial-grade water treatment systems.
We would like to introduce the case study of the introduction effects of the frequency modulation electromagnetic field water treatment device "Scale Watcher," handled by B-Tep Co., Ltd. Cooling towers, during the process of circulating water, leave behind calcium and other minerals that do not evaporate, leading to gradual concentration and significant accumulation on the surfaces of the equipment. As a result, cleaning is typically performed using chemicals; however, "Scale Watcher" softens and detaches the adhered scale without the use of chemicals. In a case where heater pipes were stuck due to scale, causing failures, after the introduction of this product, during maintenance six months after SW operation, the scale was softened and removed, allowing for normal operation. [Case Study] ■ Scale removal from freeze prevention heaters ■ Issue - Heater pipes were stuck due to scale, causing failures. ■ Introduction Effect - Scale was softened and removed, allowing for normal operation. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
