A pump that uses compressed air to transport by utilizing internal pressure, explosion-proof type that does not use electricity, with a double safety structure for peace of mind, suitable for high-viscosity liquids.
● Pump that utilizes internal pressure for transfer using compressed air Ideal for transferring cutting fluids, waste liquids, solvents, etc., from drums. ● Explosion-proof type that does not use electricity This pump discharges and sucks in liquids using air pressure. Since it does not use electricity at all, it can be safely used in explosion-proof areas. Additionally, the G, AS, and SUS types come standard with a grounding wire for complete static electricity countermeasures. Please install the grounding wire at a grounded location. ● Double safety structure for peace of mind The APD safely pressurizes and depressurizes the drum, ensuring sufficient safety measures. The automatic pressure relief valve (regulator) maintains a constant pressure inside the drum and prevents it from exceeding a certain pressure (0.05Mpa). The safety valve is designed to release compressed air outside the drum if the pressure rises above 0.07Mpa, so you can rest assured that the drum will not burst.

basic information
●Compatible with high-viscosity liquids It can be used for high-viscosity liquids (up to 3,000 cP) that are difficult to handle with conventional drum pumps. Of course, it also powerfully dispenses low-viscosity liquids. ●Low failure rate Since it does not use motors and has no obstacles in the flow path, it can handle liquids with foreign substances and viscosities (up to 3,000 cP) without any issues. ●Efficient liquid dispensing The dispensing pump expels liquid using air pressure, allowing for more efficient dispensing of liquid from the drum compared to other electric or manual pumps. About 5mm of liquid remains in the drum (approximately 1-2L, test value). ●Can be used with nitrogen cylinders It can be used even without a compressor power supply. Suitable for emergency situations. ●Choice of dispensing methods There are ball valve types that do not obstruct the flow path and manual gun nozzle types (designated by NA at the end of the model number) that can be operated with one hand. If you want to ensure flow rate, the ball valve type is recommended; if you seek convenience, the manual gun nozzle type is recommended.
