We would like to introduce a case study on the effects of introducing scent experiences in hotels. This initiative was implemented with the goals of branding, improving customer and employee satisfaction, and addressing odor issues. With the increasing number of inbound tourists, many domestic hotels and ryokans are now making this a must-have item.
