In 1968, Klaus Bonalap designed a pendant lamp in collaboration with his colleague Torsten Torlap. The geometric form, which draws a quarter-circle arc, and the neatly flowing cord from the shade were realized through the designer's dedication and high metal processing technology. Its design beauty led to a global boom and it has become one of the symbols of 20th-century Danish design.
