The SDS5000X series features Siglent's SPO technology with a maximum waveform capture rate of up to 110,000 wfm/s (up to 480,000 wfm/s in normal mode and sequence mode), 256 levels of brightness grading display capability, and a color temperature display mode. It also incorporates an innovative digital trigger system that is highly sensitive and has low jitter.
