HCRDI's products play an important role in cement production. Cement clinker crushed by a roller press is sent to a cement mill for final grinding. Then, it is separated into fine and coarse particles by a separator. The fine particles are collected, while the coarse particles are returned to the previous process for further grinding. 【Challenges for HCRDI】 - Although they used their own wear-resistant surface materials, they could not meet high standards. - Aiming for cost-efficient processes leads to compromises in quality. - Numerous issues arise during the replacement of liner plates. ~Adoption of Hardox(R) wear-resistant steel plates~ 1.
