Affordable solutions for rust prevention in building plumbing! Introducing case studies of Dipole implementation.
This is a case study of Koi Castle Development Co., Ltd., which has been engaged in real estate business in Hiroshima Prefecture for 40 years. We installed 'DIPOLE' in a building that includes three tenant shops, an office, and a residence, which is 18 years old. Previously, when red rust appeared in the piping, we addressed it by installing water purifiers from other companies. The estimate for treating the red rust in the piping was 820,000 yen, but by installing DIPOLE, the red rust changed to black rust, allowing for a cost-effective solution for piping issues. We received feedback expressing a desire to focus on contributing to environmental improvement in Hiroshima with DIPOLE and to expand their business in the future. We have developed a mechanism that activates water using powerful magnets and manufacture and sell application devices for it. Our home models are used in 180,000 households, including single-family homes and apartments, while our industrial models are utilized in factories and agriculture, serving a variety of users nationwide. ● In the toilet drainage systems of major private railways, we have been successfully removing and suppressing urinary stones for over a year (with on-site verification data available). ● In the boiler systems of commercial facilities and chemical plants, we have significantly reduced scale adhesion and the amount of chemicals used (with on-site verification data available). ● In joint research with universities, we found a significant difference in controlled experiments regarding ammonia odors in toilet drainage (with published data available). ● In joint research with universities, we found a significant difference in controlled experiments concerning algae in water environments (with verification data available). As a water supply tool, we are the only company in the industry certified by the Japan Water Works Association (JWWA) for our "in-house testing method." Additionally, our vigorous intellectual property activities and collaborations with industry, government, and academia have received continuous recognition from the authorities, and our technology has been featured in newspapers and specialized magazines, enhancing the publicity of magnetic treatment. HRD is committed to protecting the vital water environment while maximizing the use of magnetic energy, a natural resource.
