The production management system of Asagoe Industries' processing division (Precision Machinery Factory No. 1 and No. 2) is fully operational. It has been six years since we revamped the production management, which relied on the intuition of veteran employees, by utilizing TPiCS. The work-in-progress inventory and work progress for each process have been visualized, allowing for appropriate orders to be placed with the casting department and partner companies. Initially, there were concerns about the accuracy of inputting results, but this has improved.
