The induction gear motor GTR MID SERIES, which is a flagship product of Nissay, has been renewed. ■Features ●Enhanced Motor Performance Improved Heat Resistance Class The heat resistance class of the motor has been upgraded from Class B (130°C) to Class F (155°C). This contributes to an expanded operating range when using an inverter. Fanless Design for 0.2kW The structure has been changed from totally enclosed external fan to totally enclosed self-cooling, achieving low noise and compactness. It is ideal for dusty environments and clean room environments. *Models with brakes will have a totally enclosed external fan structure. Improved Surge Resistance The surge resistance of the 400V class motor has been enhanced, improving reliability during inverter operation. ●Improved Terminal Box Standardized Terminal Box Types The specifications of the terminal boxes, which varied by motor type and capacity, have been standardized. ●Expanded Options The rear structure of the motor has been reviewed to enhance option compatibility. Initially, encoders and forced fans are available as options, and custom extensions of the shaft are also possible. ●Brake Improvements Reduced Power Consumption Stabilized Brake Torque Improved Maintainability
